Party Garden
The brief was to transform this previously unused, unloved and relatively small space into an area where the clients could entertain friends and hold small drinks parties. It needed to provide a beautiful view from the house too.
We designed a bespoke, built-in, curved bench from iroko to match the new cladding for the walls. This offered the maximum amount of seating in this small space, we included a firepit which doubles as a low table when not in use. Additional 'floating' tables nestle within the raised planter behind the bench and double as housing for the gas cylinder which supplies the firepit.
Lighting set into the paving gives this garden a second life as a party space at night.
